1. 일 시 : 학위수여식 : 2024. 8. 16(금) 11:00~ (40~50분간 진행) 2. 장 소 : 울산대학교 해송홀
3. 참가신청 (학위수여식장에 지정석을 배정받아 참석하는 것을 의미함) 가. 신청방법 : 학과 사무실에서 참석여부 확인을 위하여 별도로 안내할 예 정이며, 안내받을 시에 참가여부를 알려주시면 됩니다. 나. 석사 졸업생은 학위수여식 참석은 가능하나, 단상에 올라가지 않고 지정 좌석만 배정받아 참석할 수 있습니다. 다. 박사 졸업생은 참석을 희망할 경우 참석자 전원 단상에서 학위증을 수여 합니다. 라. 참석희망을 하지 않은 자가 학위수여식에 참석할 경우 지정석을 배정받 을 수 없으며, 자유석에 착석은 가능합니다. 마. 가족, 지인들이 학위수여식 참석을 희망할 경우 자유석에 착석이 가능합 니다.
4. 학위복 대여 (석사학위 취득자만 해당) 가. 기간 및 시간 : 2024. 8. 13(화) ~ 8. 14(수) : 10:00~14:00 2024. 8. 16(금) 학위수여식 당일 : 09:00~14:00 나. 대여장소 : 울산대학교 체육관 1층 (일반대학원 대여장소) 다. 대여방법 : 신분증(학생증, 주민등록증, 운전면허증 중 1개)을 맡기고 대여한 후 반납시에 신분증을 돌려받음. ※ 박사학위복 : 학교에서 대여가 불가하므로 개별적으로 준비하여야 합니다.
5. 포토존 이용 가. 운영기간 : 2024. 8. 13(화) ~ 8. 16(금) (예정) 나. 설치장소 : 울산대학교 중앙정원
6. 주차요금 : 2024. 8. 16(금) 행사 당일 주차요금은 무료입니다.

Date and Time: Degree Conferral Ceremony: August 16, 2024 (Fri) 11:00~ (40~50 minutes) 2. place : Ulsan University Haesong Hall 3. Application for participation (means to attend the degree conferral ceremony with a reserved seat) A. How to apply: The department office will inform you separately to confirm your attendance, and you can inform us of your participation when you receive the information. B. Master's graduates can attend the degree conferral ceremony, but they will not be allowed to stand on the podium and will be assigned a reserved seat. c. Doctoral graduates are welcome to attend the ceremony and will be awarded their degrees from the podium. d. If a person who has not requested to attend the degree conferral ceremony attends the ceremony, he/she cannot be assigned a reserved seat, but can sit in the free seats. E. If family and friends wish to attend the ceremony, they can sit in unreserved seats. 4. Rental of Degree Clothes (Master's degree holders only) A. Period and Time : Tuesday, August 13, 2024 ~ Wednesday, August 14, 2024 : 10:00~14:00 On the day of the degree ceremony on Friday, August 16, 2024: 09:00~14:00 I. Rental location: Ulsan University Gymnasium 1F (General Graduate School rental location) C. How to borrow: Leave your ID (one of student ID, resident ID, driver's license). After borrowing, you will receive your ID back when you return it. Doctoral clothes: It is not available at the school, so you need to prepare it individually. 5. Use of Photo Zone A. Operation Period: August 13 (Tue) ~ August 16 (Fri), 2024 (planned) B. Location : Ulsan University Central Garden 6.
